TG77 Universe

A collection of 240 individual wav files and various format program files ( not multi key mapped as that was not the idea with this set ) from the Tg77 designed to be used by creative samplists and granulator users .

The Tg range of yamaha synths are highly unique and one of the more colourful and distinct old digital synths full of moody sounds.

This range of synths are packed with character and can go from cold stark Dx7 sounds all the way into warm and rich digital tones and due to their cyclic looping envelopes and an interesting set of parameters the end results can be highly evolving and fascinating and very harmonically rich and complex .

As with all the sounds i sell i made them firstly for myself and as i look for timbre more than anything else as i work a lot with resampling of these tones in software like Uvi Falcon and Tal etc .

The demos dont really do the collection justice but its just to much work to highlight everything you can do with these and every sound .

If you pitch these down you can get some insane sounds and the digital edge of the ty / sy range lends itself in a very unique way to reverb which just seems to work hand in hand with the sounds due to the high top end and clarity .

The demos are 100 % dry however so you can hear the pure tone of the samples

The samples included range from a section of one hit wavs to longer sections and beds of sound for granulation purposes and all sorts in between .

File this collection under ' Otherworldly ' as its one of those synths that stands out and is highly evocative .
